At Kisanogram, we are committed to ensuring every customer receives products in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, this policy outlines the steps for return and reimbursement.
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered.
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, except in cases of damage or defect.
Perishable or consumable agricultural goods (including fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, etc.) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Contact our customer support team by phone or email with your Order ID, reason for return, and any photo/video proof (if applicable).
Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the next steps.
Once the return is approved, collection will be arranged by us via reverse pickup, or we’ll share the appropriate return shipping address.

Returned items undergo a quality check upon receipt at our facility.
Replacement or reimbursement will be initiated only after successful inspection and confirmation by our quality assurance team.
Approved reimbursements are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, reimbursements will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-compensable unless the issue occurred due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
The following items are not eligible for return or reimbursement:
Opened or used consumable goods (fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, etc.), unless received in a damaged or incorrect state.
Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
Customized or bulk orders placed on special request.
Items clearly marked as non-returnable or final sale during purchase.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch for a full reimbursement.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the return procedure after delivery.
Approved cancellations will be reimbursed within 5–7 working days.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos.
After review, a replacement or full reimbursement will be issued as per our policy.
